The IRF520 MOSFET Driver Module is an easy-to-use power switch module designed for controlling high-current DC loads such as motors, LEDs, pumps, and solenoids with a microcontroller. It uses the IRF520 N-channel MOSFET and is compatible with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and other 3.3V or 5V logic devices.

This module allows low-power digital signals to switch higher-power DC devices operating up to 24V. It features screw terminals for easy load connection and a logic-level input pin for PWM or on/off control.
